Admission Info
Outpatient Admission Information
Prior to Admission:
Speak with our intake coordinator about our outpatient services to see if you are a good fit for Practical Recovery. If not, we will be happy to suggest other options.
Our outpatient admission process includes equipping you with the questions you need to ask your insurance company, if you wish to utilize them. Your insurance may have an out-of-network benefit that applies to our services. Many individuals in outpatient services prefer not to use insurance benefits at all, in order to maintain confidentiality. However, if our clients wish to submit an insurance claim we will provide them with a “super bill” for submission.
Day of Admission
Once our clients are ready to begin their treatment with Practical Recovery, outpatient admission will include scheduling an intake clinical assessment. During intake, you will meet with our admissions coordinator to review your current situation and history, goals, strengths and any other information that will help determine the best course of action for successful recovery. Upon completion of the session, you will be begin the treatment process, or come back at a later date to get started.
Once scheduled, a session needs to be cancelled with 48-hours’ notice, or there will be a charge.
Family members are welcome to participate during the entire course of treatment, beginning with the intake assessment if desired. Their involvement may include sessions with or without the client.
